How to care about my professional cutting board?

How to USE correctly an end grain cutting board;
Here's a few tips.

  • Do not leave your board wet!
  • Do not wash your board in the dishwasher.
  • Do not leave food on your cutting board.
  • After every use wash with plain water and dry it.
How to CARE an end grain cutting board.
  • Once a month rub your cutting board with board butter. (A special mixture of beesvax and mineral oil.) You can buy from our shop very soon.  If you do not have board butter rub it with mineral oil.
Below you see our pine cutting board. Has been used 2 years without any treatment.
You can see knife cuts. Still beautiful but needs treatment.
We will show how to treat your cutting board for heal it and make it like new again!
