Board is made from selected piece of olive ash wood, cut to shape to show and expose beauty of its fibers, texture and color.
Made by using only food-safe materials like:
Food-safe glue approved by FDA (Titebond II Premium and Titebond III Ultimate).
Finished with food-safe mineral oil (2-3 layers) - that is approved by FDA for contact with food and meets requirements of food and health departments in US, Europe and Japan.
Last coat of finish is done with mixture of mineral oil and beeswax.
