Made with waterproof,food-safe glue and finished with food grade mineral oil and bees wax.
Board is made from selected European oak and olive ash wood.
Olive ash's wood grains create beautiful texture and color in main part of board while frame oak make it more sharp and definite board's shape.
Materials used:
Food-safe glue approved by FDA (Titebond II Premium and Titebond III Ultimate).
Finished with food-safe mineral oil (2-3 layers) - that is approved by FDA for contact with food and meets requirements of food and health departments in US, Europe and Japan.
Last coat of finish is done with food safe mixture of mineral oil and beeswax.
