Olive ash's wood grains create beautiful texture and color in main part of board while frame oak make it more sharp and definite board's shape. Made by using only food-safe materials like: Food-safe glue approved by FDA (Titebond II Premium and Titebond III Ultimate). Finished with food-safe mineral oil (2-3 layers) - that is approved by FDA for contact with food and meets requirements of food and health departments in US, Europe and Japan.
